Bailey Bio

Cameron “CR” Bailey has been licensed as an Extra Class Radio Amateur since 1980. In addition to that, he also holds a General Radiotelephone License. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, with over 25 years in the communications field, and is currently a Supervisory Engineering Technician.

Cameron has seven years of experience in the private sector as a Test Engineering Techician. He holds an Associate in Applied Science in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community of the Air Force College. In addition to his public service in the National Guard, he serves the county of York, PA in ARES, RACES and SKYWARN as a volunteer communicator.

Cameron has been the Communications Officer for the Northeastern York County Emergency Operations Center, serving two boroughs and one township municipality, for over five years now. In the past, Cameron volunteered as one of the first Volunteer Examiners in the area. He also worked as an incoming QSL Bureau worker with the ARRL for five years.
